Level Two is where practice moves from something you do into something you embody. Each immersion develops a distinct dimension of awareness through direct experience, sustained practice and thoughtful inquiry.
The five modules form The Secrets of Yoga School’s original advanced pathway. They are rooted in the living technology of Kundalini Yoga and shaped through our own curriculum, language and approach to teaching.
Since 2007, The Secrets of Yoga School has guided teachers and practitioners through serious study, direct experience and the long work of integration.
Certified Level One teachers may complete the full 300-hour pathway. Individual modules may also welcome sincere practitioners seeking personal growth; eligibility is stated on each immersion page.

Each Level Two module represents 60 hours of advanced study: 50 hours of core instruction and 10 hours of guided home study and integration.
Full Attendance
Attend and participate in all 50 hours of core instruction.
Home Study
Complete 10 hours of assigned integration work, including at least six hours of study-group meetings or conference calls.
Personal Practice
Complete 40 days of reflective journaling and 90 days of the meditation assigned for the module.
Written Assessment
Complete the required written coursework and earn a minimum passing grade of 75% on the final assessment.
