The Kundalini Teacher Training 2026 has been intentionally redesigned to reflect the needs of the Aquarian Age—an era in which the true currency of learning is no longer information alone, but direct experience.
While knowledge can be transmitted through study and theory, wisdom is cultivated through presence, embodiment, and shared experience. This new immersive format honors that shift.
The training consists of a 10-day in-person residential immersion, followed by weekly Wednesday online curriculum classes, and concludes with a two-day in-person closing weekend. This structure supports depth, continuity, and integration, while preserving the integrity of the traditional Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training lineage.
All details are outlined below for clarity and transparency.
Duration: 10 days / 10 nights
Location: Sebastian, Florida (North Florida, approximately 2.5–3 hours from Miami)
Format: Residential immersion with a shared daily rhythm of practice, study, and integration
The in-person immersion is the heart of the training.
Living, practicing, and studying together creates a powerful experiential container that allows the teachings to be embodied—not just understood intellectually. Many aspects of Kundalini Yoga cannot be learned through theory alone; they must be felt, lived, and integrated in community.
This time together is an intentional gift—one that allows for nervous system recalibration, group coherence, and deep experiential learning.
Arrival:
Participants are asked to arrive on the evening of March 19 to settle in and prepare for Aquarian Sadhana.
A welcome gathering and shared dinner will take place that evening.
First Day:
Aquarian Sadhana begins early morning on March 20.
Departure:
On the final day, the schedule includes Aquarian Sadhana, breakfast, and a closing farewell.
Departure time is noon.
If a participant needs to arrive one day later or depart one day earlier, the training remains accessible.
Sessions from any missed day will be recorded, and participants will receive direct support from their group leader to review material and integrate what was missed.
While it is possible to miss one or two days, participants are strongly encouraged not to miss more than two days, as catching up becomes increasingly challenging. If additional days are missed, participants will still have access to recordings and guidance from Indra Kaur (Lead Trainer) and assisting trainers.
Schedule: Weekly on Wednesdays following the immersion
Time: 6:15 – 8:45 PM (ET)
These online classes form a core curricular component of the training and are intentionally distinct from the experiential immersion.
They focus on:
Theoretical foundations of Kundalini Yoga
Teaching methodology and structure
Subtle nuances of kriyas, meditations, and philosophy
Language, precision, and articulation of the teachings
By placing the intellectual and curricular components online, the training preserves the purity and depth of the experiential field during the immersion, while ensuring rigorous education aligned with the core of the lineage.
All classes are live and recorded for continued study and review.
Dates: May 30–31
Location: Ironside, Miami
This final gathering completes the training journey through integration, reflection, teaching practice, and evaluation. It is where experience and knowledge come together, allowing what has been lived to become transmissible.
Meals during the immersion are vegetarian and Ayurvedic-based, consisting of nutritious, simple, and easy-to-digest foods designed to support cleansing, balance, and nervous system regulation throughout the training.
Meals are community-based, and participants are expected to take part in the shared rhythm of preparation, including making Yogi Tea, soups, salads, and simple meals, as part of the immersive experience.
To support the residential immersion environment, there is a one-time community contribution of $350 per person, which covers shared lodging logistics and food for the full 10-day immersion.
This contribution supports:
Shared housing coordination
Groceries and Ayurvedic meal planning
Kitchen flow and communal food preparation
The overall residential container of the immersion
Participation in the food and living rhythm is considered part of the training experience and an embodiment of community practice.
Details regarding arrival logistics, housing assignments, and food coordination will be shared directly with confirmed participants prior to the immersion.
Accommodations during the immersion are shared, following a respectful and intentional community structure, with women sharing with women and men sharing with men.
Shared accommodations are part of the immersive experience and support the collective rhythm of the training.
Private rooms may be available upon request, depending on availability, for an additional fee.
Details and pricing will be communicated once the final group size and housing configuration are confirmed.
To receive certification, participants must complete all requirements within 12 months of completing the immersion. Completion within the first 6 months is strongly encouraged to support integration and continuity.
Participants may begin fulfilling requirements during the training unless otherwise specified.
